Aerobics Class



Monday & Thursday @5:00pm

Activities include:

  • Exercise Ball Class
  • Muscular light weight lifting to build muscles
  • Aerobic exercises to build up cardio-vascular endurance
The Purpose of the Ball Class:
  • To promote better health and also a better quality of life
  • To improve lab reports pertaining to high blood pressure, stroke, cholesterol and blood sugar, as well as flexibility and arthritis
I've been told by many of the participants that I've been a blessing to them, but I must say that I'm the one blessed to be a part of this Welfare Outreach Ministry. I was motivated and quite pleased when I arrived at Welfare Baptist Gym to find people not only wiling, but ready to start an exercise program; The elderly as well as the young. I am also well pleased to hear testimonies of improved reports from the doctor. This shows great benefits from attending the class.
