Aerobics Class

Activities include:
- Exercise Ball Class
- Muscular light weight lifting to build muscles
- Aerobic exercises to build up cardio-vascular endurance
- To promote better health and also a better quality of life
- To improve lab reports pertaining to high blood pressure, stroke, cholesterol and blood sugar, as well as flexibility and arthritis
There's still plenty room around the table.
