Media Center

Hours of Operation

The mission of the library supports the mission of the Welfare Baptist Church by developing and coordinating a library media/bookstore program. The program functions as a support/ supplementary system by providing resources to committees, department chairpersons, members and others in the church.

The activities of the library media center / bookstore include selection, cataloging, and circulation of materials. We inform members of new resources individually and collectively via memos in the church bulletin and arranging library displays. We sponsor an annual Christmas activity, and summer reading program. We also participate in weekly story time in the Child Development Center and Trinity private school

The media center also takes great pride in supporting the Child Development Center and the Trinity Private School.
